Shipping and Returns
Most products are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and may have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED for large dollar amount items.
Please allow up to 48-72 Hours to process and ship your in-stock order.
Most items are drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Wakaba Performance within 24 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment claim may be denied without refund.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
Keep the product with its original packaging.
IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US.
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
We, Wakaba Performance, will contact the shipper and/or shipping company once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from A90 Shop.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
Orders can not be returned if the item is installed, painted, or in anyway tampered with. If an unwanted/unused item is returned the buyer must pay a 25% restocking fee. Shipping Fees are NOT refunded!
